Federal Programs

The Stephens County School System participates in the Consolidation of Funds initiative and fully consolidates Federal, State, and Local funds in the District’s Title I Schoolwide programs at Big A Elementary, Liberty Elementary, Toccoa Elementary, and Stephens County Fifth Grade Academy.

Currently, the Stephens County School System receives funding from Title I, Part A; Title II, Part A; Title IV, Part A; Title V, Part B, ESSER, and IDEA federal grant programs. ESSER and IDEA funds are not consolidated. Federal funds are used to supplement, not supplant state and local instructional funds.

Individual program links are listed to the left for your convenience, and additional information regarding Title Programs can be accessed on the Georgia Department of Education Federal Programs Webpage.
